Executives
Bill Toutant President
Bill started as the Haworth Market Manager in the early 80 s and is now the President of ABI. Throughout the years, Bill has developed great relationships with the A&D and construction companies.

Bill loves to swim in his spare time and goes to the pool every moming before coming to the office.
Joel DiBartolo VP & General Manager
Prior to joining ABI in 2000, Joel got his C.A. designation while working for a 'Big Four' accounting firm. He helped ABI prepare its first business plan, meaning he's been associated with the company nearly since its inception.

In his spare time, Joel likes to play golf (in his words, badly!) and relax at the cottage with his family.
Bobbie Jo Walsh VP of Marketing & Sales
Bobbie Jo started at ABI in 2004 and transitioned into the role of our in-house Haworth Territory Manager in 2015. In fall of 2024, she returned to ABI as our VP of Marketing and Sales!

Bobbie Jo has over 24-years' experience in workplace solutions with a strong focus in the A&D community on commercial and government projects.

In her spare time, she loves to travel and explore new places!
Sales
Melissa Lepore Haworth Territory Sales Manager
Melissa started as the Haworth Territory Sales Manager in 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the construction and design industry, Melissa has successfully combined technical expertise with a passion for people.
Ian Spence Manager of Sales
Ian started at ABI in 1990 - for the first six months, he didn't even have his own phone or computer! In 2019, he became the manager of the vibrant sales team.

Ian loves walking his two Labrador pups in Bruce Pit in the early morning. He also enjoyed his time as an NCAFA Football Coach for over 10 years.
Andree Laporte Showroom Coordinator
Andrée started at ABI in 2024 as the coordinator of our new downtown showroom. When she’s not in the office, Andrée loves spending time with her family, cooking, and playing soccer.
Tina Bruce Account Representative
Tina came to ABI in 1992; for her first 7 years with the company, she was part of our Admin team and worked in Accounts Payable and Commissions. In 1999, she transferred to the Sales Department as one of our Account Representatives.

In her spare time, Tina loves reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Veronica Christopher Account Representative
Veronica's journey at ABI started in 1990, and she has worn plenty of hats since then! She started as our Receptionist, then moved to Customer Service before transferring to our Sales Department - first as a Sales Assistant to Ian Spence, and now as one of our Account Representatives.

Fun fact: Veronica was born and raised in Montréal, and attended the same high school (at the same time) as Kamala Harris!
Shannon Dobson Account Representative
Shannon came to ABI in 2019. Starting in sales at a young age, she's learned the value of building relationships and loves helping clients bring their workspace ideas to life.

In her free time, Shannon loves to read!
Sheila Haggarty Account Representative
Sheila started at ABI in 1991 as an Interior Design Alum from Algonquin College; she was a Junior Workspace Design Specialist and WP&D Department Manager before moving over to our Sales team.

When she's not in the office, Sheila loves spending time with her family, travelling, and spoiling her grandchildren... even the ones with four legs!
Véronique Lalonde Account Representative
Véronique came to ABI with an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design and a background in the lighting industry. With her experience, she quickly excelled in her role, demonstrating a keen ability to educate end-users on products.

Outside of work, she likes being active and travelling.
Angela Mallish Executive Assistant and Sales Support
Angela started at our partner company, Asokan Business Interiors, as a Sales Assistant in 2007. In 2015, she came over to ABI as our Executive Assistant to the President of VP & Sales. Outside of work, Angela loves to get out on her paddleboard!
Fraser Robinson Account Representative
Fraser came to ABI in 2019 after spending several years in the residential and commercial furniture industry. His time spent working with a variety of global furniture manufacturers has given him a diverse understanding of the industry.

In his spare time, Fraser loves cycling around Ottawa.
Steve Roy Account Representative
Steve started at ABI in 1998 as a Sales Associate and is now a Senior Account Representative.

In his spare time, Steve repairs and services guitars on YouTube and plays in a band called The Rembros!
Ann Vallieres Account Representative
Ann started working at Asokan (an ABI Group Company) in 2005 before transferring to ABI's Sales Department.

In her spare time, she loves home design and renovations, and has recently started building homes with her partner.
Workplace Planning & Design
Becky Holt‑Tisdale Manager of WP&D
Becky started at ABI in 2016 as a Workplace Design Specialist and began managing the department in 2021.

Her journey has allowed her to merge her creative expertise with leadership, fostering innovation throughout the company.

In her spare time, you can find Becky hanging out with her two cats (Benji and Rosco), playing video games, or bingeing the latest show!
Diana Camargo Workplace Design Specialist
Diana started in ABI's WP&D department in 2023.

Outside of work, you can find Diana enjoying outdoor activities with her family or dancing to Latin music.
Amanda Martindale Workplace Design Specialist
Amanda came to ABI after graduating from Algonquin College's Architectural Technology program in 2018.

When she's not at work, you can find her spending time with her children and partner. Amanda and her family like to enjoy time together outdoors with activities such as camping and trail walks.
Sarah McKay Workplace Design Specialist
Sarah joined our WP&D department in 2021 after graduating from Algonquin College with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.

In her free time, Sarah likes to read, go for long walks, and cuddle with her cat.
Madi Potter Workplace Design Specialist
Madi started at ABI in 2019 as a Workplace Design Specialist, but shortly thereafter transferred to our Architectural Interiors team to gain more experience and expand her knowledge in the field. She returned to the WP&D department in 2024.

Outside of work, Madi is a wife and mother. You can find her working colts, offroading with her family and chocolate lab, or at the cottage relaxing on the dock.
Hannah Soni‑Mahoney Brand Marketing Specialist
Hannah came to ABI in spring of 2024 after graduating from Humber College's Advertising and Graphic Design program.

Outside of work, Hannah likes to knit, play video games, go to concerts and the movie theatre, and spend time with family and friends.
Architectural Interiors
Steve Robbins Project Manager
Steve came to ABI in 1999 and is currently the Project Manager for the Architectural Interiors team.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys woodworking, home improvements, golfing, and fishing.
Olivar Asselin Team Lead of A.I.
Olivar started at ABI in 2010 as a Workspace Design Specialist and now leads the Architectural Interiors team. Olivar comes with a significant amount of knowledge of the construction industry, which makes him the perfect resource for any moveable wall or raised flooring project.
Ryan Feltmate Architectural Interiors Specialist
Ryan came to ABI in 2023 with a passion for creating functional and innovative spaces. Drawing on his diverse background in architecture, construction, and business, he has brought a thoughtful approach to design. Ryan takes pride in collaborating with others to bring projects to life with care and creativity.

Ryan might best be described as a tinkerer and a hobby enthusiast, always eager to explore new interests. His passions include gardening, travel, cooking, and archery, all while making time to enjoy games-whether video, card, or board-with friends.
Operations
Travis Cunliffe Manager of Operations
Travis first started as an installer at ABI in 2000 and worked his way through several positions within the Operations department. In 2018, Travis was promoted to Manager of Operations, where he has played a pivotal role in optimizing processes and driving the success of our team.
Tim Brohm Project Coordinator
Tim joined the ABI team in 1992 as a Furniture Installer. After 11 years in that position, he transferred into the role of Project Coordinator where he has stayed since 2003!

In his spare time, you can usually find Tim trekking with his dog.
Don Churchill Project Coordinator
Don started at ABI as a part-time truck helper in 1997. He joined the team full-time in 1998 and worked his way up: from truck helper, to the installation team, then to site supervisor, and finally to Project Coordinator!

FUN FACT: In 2010, Don had the opportunity to represent ABI & Haworth by being a torch bearer for the Winter Olympics here in Ottawa as the torch made its way across Canada!
Adam Manor Project Coordinator
Adam started at ABI as a Warehouse Helper in 2000, but has worked in multiple positions since then (Shipping Receiver, Administration with Operations, and Dispatch!). He's now been a Project Coordinator for the last 8 years.

In his spare time, Adam loves camping at his trailer in Constance Bay with his wife and kids, riding their ATVs in the backyard, swimming, golfing, and softball.
